May 27, 2017- The McKee's at 139B - Treana Wine Dinner


Please join us on Saturday, May 27th at 6:30pm for a 5 course wine dinner, featuring Treana wines.

Treana Red is a quintessential Paso Robles red, blended from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, perfect varietals for the unique climate of Paso Robles. Treana White showcases the flavors of the Rhône Valley with Viognier and Marsanne, varietals that impart old-world flavor on a contemporary and New World wine. 1st course
Prosciutto and melon with micro arugula sprouts and a honeysuckle & blood orange vinaigrette garnished with a Parmesan and drunken goat cheese crisp

2nd course
Pan Seared Hudson Foie gras on a butternut squash ravioli over a honey and vanilla poached pear puree with cinnamon scented brunoise granny smith apples
Wine: Treana Chardonnay
3rd course
Bacon wrapped duck roulade stuffed with dried blackberries, cherries and toasted candied pecans served with a wild mushroom risotto and a bing cherry demi glace
Wine: Treana Red Blend
Coffee and coco rubbed Chateaubriand with a Gorgonzola potato gratin, caramelized Brussels sprouts and a vanilla bean scented demi glace.
Wine: Treana Cabernet
Fresh Fruit Tart
Wine: Sparkling Berry cocktail- fresh berry infused Prosecco
