Sunday, Sept 17th 2017, 6:30pm. Please join us for a 5-star Gluten-free dinner with wine pairings that is ridiculously delicious—and healthy! Just because you have a gluten allergy, or have sworn off gluten for other reasons, doesn't mean your food shouldn't be Insanely Good. The truth is that a gluten free dish, prepared well, actually tastes amazing to even the most demanding taste-buds ! This incredible dinner menu of all gluten free dishes will leave you satisfied, happy, and certainly glad you chose to attend.

Passed Hors d'oeuvre
-Asparagus and goat cheese bundles wrapped in prosciutto de Parma
and drizzled with white truffle oil and aged balsamic

-Mini caprese skewers with a fresh basil pesto

Specialty Cocktail: Hooch & Titos

1st course
Low country shrimp ceviche: jumbo lump shrimp lightly poached in lemon and lime water, with heirloom teardrop tomatoes, scallions, jalapeño, fresh avocados,
and a lime cilantro vinaigrette… All gluten-free and seriously delicious !
Wine: Sauvignon Blanc

Beef Braciole ... butterflied and pounded flank steak layered with pancetta bacon, stuffed with mild Italian sausage gluten free with toasted pine nuts, golden raisins, fresh parsley, rolled and secured with twine and braised for three hours, served over creamy polenta with asiago and sage and topped with micro arugula sprouts
Wine: Baby Amarone

Dark chocolate & salted Panna Cotta with Cappuccino Chantilly cream and fresh berries
